promote the development of generations of young Africans in the face of the threat of AIDS;

start a continental movement for the development of the girl child;
contribute to the curbing of maternal, neonatal, infant and child mortality in Africa ;

contribute to the quest for peace and the alleviation of the suffering of victims of conflicts and crises in Africa;
Participate in combating poverty and malnutrition;

organize a conducive forum for promotion of African values through dialogue, exchange of ideas and experiences;

set up a solidarity fund to support the different efforts being deployed against HIV/AIDS and misery;

Initiate all necessary actions to support persons living with HIV/AIDS, and  promote and protect their rights and duties;

mobilize the necessary resources for prevention activities and the management of persons infected and affected by HIV/AIDS;

cultivate among African peoples, more responsible family education through sensitization to the different conflicts facing the continent;

promote the rights of women and children and fight against all forms of exclusion and discrimination against them;

Foster quick access to essential drugs against sexually transmitted infections (STIs), HIV/AIDS, malaria, tuberculosis and related infection diseases;

promote international cooperation and mobilization in the fight against HIV/AIDS and suffering;

promote and extend programmes for prevention of mother-to-child HIV transmission;

support systematic medical Care for HIV positive women in programmes to curb mother-to-child HIV transmission;

Better improve obstetric services in Africa;
encourage vaccine research and the development of the pharmaceutical industry in Africa.
